Clean Christmas Biscotti

Jamie Eason demonstrates how to make clean eating biscotti. Perfect for the Christmas season and delicious with a coffee an hour before a workout for an energy boost. I change up the recipe a bit, using quinoa flour instead of oat flour but both work well. Instead of artificial sweetener I blend about 14 deseeded medjool dates to the unsweetened apple puree. Xylitol or stevia would also work well. I also add fresh orange zest, some whole almonds and plain whey protein powder. 2 whole eggs can be used instead of 4 egg whites. FYI: 350°F is approx. 175°C.
