Harissa Beef Fajitas

Thanks to Waitrose, we cooked up these harissa beef fajitas the other night and they are so delectable, quick and simple that I had to share the recipe.  I used protein pancakes instead of tortillas, low fat greek yoghurt (unsweetened) instead of sour cream and crushed cashews instead of cheese but do whatever works for you. It’s a delicious protein and iron packed meal that takes no time at all. Great if getting home late from work or after the gym.
