We are always looking for new recipes and ideas to keep clean eating interesting and appetising. We are big fans of the humble sweet potato as it is great training fuel, packed full of slow releasing energy, whilst they also taste great too. So we love Levi Roots’ sweet potato and feta burger recipe. It’s perfect for BBQ season which is fast approaching. Levi Roots injects his flair for flavour into this delicious recipe. The burgers are great on their own with some fresh and zingy salad or with some BBQ chicken for an extra protein hit. The feta can be substituted in with cottage cheese, if you so desire, to get some casein in too.
