Low Fat, Protein Rich Salad Dressing

There is absolutely nothing wrong with drizzling salad with a little extra virgin olive oil based dressing. Healthy fats are essential and good for us in so many ways. However, this salad dressing from Jamie Oliver is absolutely delicious and a great way to add some protein to salad leaves. For those trying to trim up, it’s great when you’ve inadvertently had a calorie heavy day and still want a tasty evening meal without going overboard, delicious served with grilled chicken or fish. It also works brilliantly mixed with tuna instead of mayonnaise, reducing calories and adding extra protein. Amazing for potato salad too.

I use low fat, unsweetened greek yogurt for it’s extra protein content instead of the standard natural yoghurt that Jamie uses, but both work well.
