Valentine's Day Meal

Jamie Oliver’s take on the ideal Valentine’s Day meal is a bit cheesy but it makes great clean eating training food, packed full of protein, metabolism boosting chilli and heart healthy garlic. It’s also relatively quick and easy to make so you can impress without the stress.

Tuna is obviously a great source of protein but it is also a great natural source of creatine to fuel muscle growth, increase strength and accelerate recovery. You can substitute the spaghetti if you wish for wholewheat spaghetti or spiralized courgette/zucchini for those who are anti-carb (just add it straight to the pan with the tomatoes, no need to boil first like pasta).
