Nilofer makes a clear case for the obvious health and mental benefits of taking meetings on the move but I’d also suggest that walking meetings are more time efficient as it literally keeps things moving and on the go. Obviously, they aren’t suitable for large groups in which case standing meetings can be effective for keeping things swift and efficient whilst also getting people out of their chairs. Plus, it’s got to be a better alternative to the human hamster wheel:
