Long Sleeve Training Tops
Long sleeve training tops are great for transitional seasons, particularly in autumn when you’re not quite ready to add a mid-layer or jacket. They can be worn alone but are also useful for layering over a fitted merino base layer or under a t-shirt to keep your muscles and core warm without adding bulk.  At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I favour merino fabric, it works really well due to it’s natural ability to regulate temperature keeping you cool when hot and vice versa. Perfect for early morning autumn/spring runs and rides or gyms that have the AC set to “arctic” all year round.

All the tops here are cut with a slightly longer line than average making them perfect for training as they won’t ride up when reaching over on the bike or doing pull ups and such. They are all made from 100% natural fibres, merino or cotton.  Although I’m a big fan of super fine merino for training garments, cotton also works very well. All the garments are technically excellent but look great too, so much so that they don’t have to be worn exclusively for training, useful additions to any wardrobe.
