The Most Stylish Mid-Layers AW 14/15
As autumn asserts itself, it's time to think about mid-layers for morning and evening runs or cycles and warm-up layers/cover-ups pre and post gym workout. All the items featured here are highly breathable to keep muscles warm without getting clammy even during the longest, hardest workouts. As regular readers will know, I'm merino's biggest cheerleader. Merino mid-layers can be worn as stand alone pieces or layered up over a merino base-layer, under a jacket or as a three layer system and will see you through from autumn to spring making them excellent investment pieces. I've also included some cotton garments which are also light and breathable and beautifully designed.As usual, I've tried to source sleek, stylish timeless pieces that will still look great in years to come and that will be an integral part of your casual wardrobe too.  There seems to be a retro vibe going on, looking back to the classic track sweater but with a modern twist, sweat bands optional!
